Description
10/27/26 - This is a mint example of a US Property-marked Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless, manufactured in 1945 and chambered in .32 ACP. First developed in 1903 as a small-frame hammerless pocket pistol, the 1903 became one of Colt's most successful designs and was adopted by the US military during WWII as both a compact sidearm and a general officer's pistol. Every numbered part matches, and it carries the proper crossed cannons military cartouche and "U.S. PROPERTY" marking. The serial number does not come back with a hit on a name. About 99% of the original finish remains, with just the slightest hints of high edge wear, an area with a few tiny dots of white discoloration at the back left of the slide and frame, and one at the left front of the slide. It wears mint wood grips and comes with one magazine. Mint bore. A late-war 1903 in about as nice condition as they come.
