08/23/2024 - For sale is a K98k used by the Israeli Defense Forces after WW2. Israel would procure surplus German K98ks but also purchase them from FN. This rifle is made by FN of Belgium and is in great condition. The rifle has a parkerized finish but is worn fairly smooth. There aren't any signs of pitting or heavy corrosion. The top of the receiver is stamped 7.62 and the Israeli crest. The stock is in great condition but is has been lightly sanded sometime in the past. The toe of the stock is stamped 7.62. The bore is fairly bright but frosted throughout. The rifle is missing its cleaning rod. The bayonet is Israeli-marked but does not come with a scabbard.
