Description

6/2/21 - This is an excellent example of a rare commercial Steyr Model 1911, dated 1912. From what we understand, these guns were most often private purchases by WW1 officers. This one is all matching and has retained about 94% of its original finish. There are areas of minor wear on the front strap, high edges of the slide, and around the muzzle. Areas of spotty oxidation on the straps, left side of the slide, and underside of the frame. Excellent wood grips. Minty bore.
