4/3/26 - For sale is a K98k made by Gustloff and Mauser equipped with a ZF41 marksman optic. The rifle is in good condition overall retaining its original bluing but has prickling and oxidation spots throughout. The stock is in great condition with the only blemish being a finger grove carved into the pistol grip. The ZF41 optic is in great condition. The back of the mount is stamped "K98k - ZF.41" and the side is stamped "duv" and an Eagle/214. The rings are not marked. The scope is stamped "eso" and "zf.41/1". The lens is slightly cloudy but the reticle. We believe the optic is not original to the rifle as it is documented Mauser did not produce ZF.41 equipped rifles until 1943. The bore is dark with some pitting visible about 2 inches form the muzzle. The rifling is visible when shining a light through. The rifle has a mismatched bolt.
