Scarce Mauser 1944 K98k w/ ZF.41 Scope

08/29/2024 - For sale is a scarce K98k marksman rifle made by Mauser in 1944 equipped with a ZF.41 optic. The rifle is in great condition overall with a nice bluing applied throughout the metal. There is freckling of oxidation on the receiver and some finish wear on the barrel. The semi-Kriegsmodell style stock is in excellent condition but is a replacement and is unmarked of any Inspection stamps or markings as seen in "l" block rifles. The rifle has matching serial numbers on the receiver, bolt, cocking sleeve, and the cooking piece. The bolt handle has a lowercase "i" as the suffix but is correct for some of the "l" block rifles. The bore is bright with great rifling and the metal has nice bluing. The zf.41 mount has the matching last two digits (73) etched on the ring. The scope lens is muddy and the reticle is very faint. The case is in good condition with some finish loss and it is serialized to the scope and receiver.
