Description
06/15/26 - For sale is a French MLe 1874 M.80 Gras rifle made in 1876. The rifle shows its age with bluing turning a shade of brown, as well as oxidation and light freckling of pitting visible on the woodline. The stock shows numerous handling marks but no cracks or breaks. The bore is bright with good rifling. The rifle has nearly matching numbers, but the rear sight ladder is mismatched. The finish on the bayonet is similar to that of the rifle, with scattered oxidation throughout. The blade is bright with the St Etienne markings on the spine. Cleaning rod is absent.
