Description

11/5/24 - The is an original, actual functioning rifle, from WWI,  that was used as a movie prop in a recent production of "The Battle of Henry Johnson", the true story of a WWI Medal of Honor Recipient. However, because of its age and condition, we are selling as a non-firing weapon, as a display piece. The majority of the finish is gone, but there is an attractive patina with mild corrosion. The markings are are visible. This is a non-matching piece. The bore is pitted but still has visible rifling that rates a 4 of 10. faint import marked under the muzzle. The "stacking pin" on the front barrel band is missing.
