Description
11/19/21 - This is a minty example of a Springfield Model 1903 bolt action rifle. The serial number on the receiver dates to 1932. The barrel is an "AV" or Avis replacement, dated December of 1918. The wood stock is un-marked - likely a replacement. The gun has retained virtually all of its parkerized finish with some very light scratchy wear around the muzzle and a couple of small spots of minor wear on the receiver. Some very minor thinning on the bolt handle. The wood stock is minty with a couple of very minor dings. The bore is near-mint - shiny with very strong rifling. The front sight is loose and wiggles a little bit.Specifications
