Description

6/13/23 - This is an excellent, original Swedish AG 42 rifle. These were produced by AB C.J. Ljungmans Verkst?§der company beginning in 1942 and roughly 30,000 were made. This rifle was made in 1943 and has matching numbered parts on receiver, buttplate and bolt. Right side of receiver is marked 'S.S', which denotes inspection by Sten W. Stenmo. There is what appears to be a unit marking on the front sight. The rifle is in excellent condition, with some light spotty wear along the barrel and a few light scuffs on the receiver. Minty stock has the disc intact and Swedish crown proofs on the wrist. Smooth operation and comes with an original cleaning rod. Mint bore. Import mark on the underside of barrel.
