Description

8/31/23 - This is an excellent, original Swedish AG 42 rifle. These were produced by AB C.J. Ljungmans Verkst?§der company beginning in 1942 and roughly 30,000 were made. This rifle was made in 1943 and has matching numbered parts on receiver, buttplate and bolt. Right side of receiver is marked 'S.S', which denotes inspection by Sten W. Stenmo. The rifle is in excellent condition, with only minor bluing loss on the muzzle and receiver. Minty stock has the disc intact and Swedish crown proofs on the wrist. Smooth operation and comes with an original cleaning rod. Bore is shiny with strong rifling, but there's some frost and freckling in the grooves. Import mark on the underside of barrel.
