Description

8/2/23 - This is a rare Artillery Luger, made by Erfurt in 1914. Erfurt produced only 23,000 Artillery Lugers, all in 1914. This one is all matching and has the proper Imperial military proofs and Erfurt proofs throughout. It has lost nearly all of its bluing with obvious finish loss, light spotty oxidation, and pin-pricking throughout. Fitted with wood grips that have been force-matched. There is a small chip in the upper corner of the left panel, and the right grip panel fits fairly loosely. Comes with a blued commercial "Cal 9m/m" marked magazine. The bore has decent rifling, but there is pitting throughout.
