Description

7/28/23 - This is an original example of a rare Artillery Luger, made by Erfurt in 1914. Erfurt produced only 23,000 Artillery Lugers, all in 1914. This one is all matching and has the proper Imperial military proofs and Erfurt proofs throughout, down to the screws. It has retained about 90% of its original finish with areas of wear around the muzzle, along the right side of the barrel, on the side plate, and on the right side rail. One spot of discoloration on the back strap and minor pin-pricking on both straps. Fitted with excellent matching-numbered and Erfurt-proofed wood grips. Comes with an un-numbered magazine. Minty bore.
