Description

4/22/24 - This is a great and original-condition 1891 Argentine Mauser bayonet. The bayonet comes with an original but nonmatching scabbard. The scabbard has one very small dent on the back and light patches of surface rust but retains most of its original finish. The blade itself is very nice, only showing light scabbard wear, and the edge has no signs of post-factory sharpening. The ricasso displays the serial number and a fully intact national crest. Crossguard and pommel have light surface rust and patina. The aluminum grips show typical wear with no significant issues.
