SOLD - Rare Camouflage M1916 Stahlhelm

Description

6/20/24 - This is an original WW1 German M1916 Helmet shell with original camouflage paint. The helmet is maker stamped on the interior shell "Q 66", for F.W. Quist and size 66. The marking is somewhat hard to read due to the dark patina and wear around that area. The shell has normal, natural patina and surface wear throughout, but no dents or major issues. The camo painted exterior has brown, beige, greens, and some blue. Dark patina and surface aging throughout, which makes this example unmistakably original. The original liner rivets and liner band is still intact and attached, as shown. No liner pads however, and priced accordingly.
