SOLD - M1918 German Stahlhelm

Description

7/11/24 - This is an original WW1 M1918 German Stahlhelm (helmet). The helmet is in great overall condition with original 3 pad liner and leather chinstrap attached. The chinstrap features an unmarked metal clip attachment, but unfortunately the leather is brittle and has broken off in one area (from the left ear-side). The shell is marked with a "Bell L" logo / maker code for Richard Lindenberg AG. This was the only Bavarian manufacturer during WW1 of M1918 helmets. The interior shell is also size stamped 64. The shell has nice natural patina and surface wear throughout. Mostly natural aging with no dents or major issues. The liner pads and rivets are all intact and show normal use and age.
