Excellent WW2 Tropical DAK M38 Overseas Cap

2/10/25 - This is an excellent example of a WW2 Tropical DAK Overseas Cap. This particular cap is the green variant of the more well known khaki tan version. These tropical caps were worn by those German troops who were in the Mediterranean and North Africa theater. Meaning that this cap would be appropriate for the Duetsches Afrikakorps, or DAK for short. This cap is in excellent overall condition with no staining and still maintains strong complete stitching. The inside of the cap is maker stamped "Hans Brandt Mutzenfabrik Magdeburg-M Ritterstr. 12-15" as well as the size code "55" and what might be a lot number of "842"
